The MXY-YW-188-06 Remote Pressure/Differential Pressure/Liquid Level Transmitter is designed for measuring pressure, liquid level, or density of liquids, gases, or steam. It employs imported single-crystal silicon differential pressure sensitive elements, ensuring high measurement accuracy for pressure while maintaining excellent stability and reliability. The pressure is transmitted to the transmitter body through a capillary filled with silicone oil (or other liquid), then converted to a 4-20mA DC signal by the delta chamber and amplification circuit board within the transmitter body. This product is configurable with the HART communication protocol and can communicate with control systems or hand-held operators for configuration, monitoring, testing, and setup. The HART protocol utilizes industrial standard BELL202 frequency shift keying (FSK) technology, overlaying digital signals on the 4-20mA signal for communication without any interference to the 4-20mA signal during transmission.

It measures various fluid pressures, and when paired with throttling devices, it can detect the flow of liquids, gases, steam, and fluids with viscosity, sedimentation, or those prone to crystalline particle formation. It can also measure differential pressure, gauge pressure, and interface levels, as well as the liquid level in open or pressurized containers.
