ACK-RT-04 Series High-Precision High-Temperature Melt Pressure Sensors/Transmitters are a product developed by our company to address the current situation where the high-end plastic and chemical fiber industries have been relying on products from the United States and Italy. The all-stainless steel housing, combined with a strong anti-interference circuit, and the addition of a flexible rod remote transmission function on the rigid rod, makes it more suitable for installation in harsh environments in the high-temperature field. It has already occupied a significant market share and has been a representative in the melt pressure sensors for the plastic and chemical fiber industries. Equipped with a temperature measurement thermocouple, it allows for simultaneous pressure and temperature measurement at the same point. It can not only amplify the signal directly into the PLC control system but also convert the MV signal into our secondary instruments for simple automation control. With 80% internal calibration signals, it is easy to install and offers high cost-effectiveness. Widely used for monitoring high-temperature pressure in the chemical fiber and plastic extrusion industries.
