The Shanghai Meishou Anti-Rotation Level Switch operates on a very simple principle. The anti-rotation level gauge is typically installed at the top, middle, or bottom of a silo wall. Under normal level conditions (without level signals), the synchronous motor rotates the blades at an IRPM speed. When the blades are blocked by material and cannot rotate, the synchronous motor stops rotating, triggering the micro-switch to change the current indication status (indicating an alarm or control). Additionally, this switch can be equipped with an explosion-proof housing.

Adjust installation

1. Torque springs are used to adjust the output torque of the shaft. They are set at the standard position upon factory shipment.

Users can also set it to the desired sensitivity for the weight ratio of the material being measured.

If the material being tested has a high density, try to slightly loosen the torque spring.

2. Proper Alignment: Unless the扭动扭矩弹簧 is twisted at a weak position for low-weight materials, where the blades exhibit high sensitivity, the sensitivity of the blades is very low. *Do not adjust the torque during the inspection process to avoid generating incorrect detection signals.

Special Reminder

When horizontally side-mounted, the installation should be inclined downward by 15~20° to prevent material from directly impacting the shaft and blades.

2. The outlet is downward-facing to prevent rainwater from entering.

3. Follow the warning "Turn off the power before opening the level gauge" during installation or maintenance!

4. Corrosive gases should avoid the use of aluminum and stainless steel materials.

5. In tanks containing liquids or gases, the temperature used by the level gauge must not exceed the permitted temperature of the product.
