MX-WW-144-02 Series Magnetic Float Level Gauges utilize buoyancy and magnetic coupling principles to linearly transmit liquid level changes to the indicator, clearly showing the liquid level height. The indicator and storage tank are completely isolated, ensuring safe use. This level gauge can also be equipped with a level alarm switch and a level remote transmitter. The level alarm switch can control the liquid level up and down, limit alarms, and interlock; the level remote transmitter converts liquid level changes into a linear DC 4–20mA output, enabling remote level indication, detection, control, and recording.

Prior to use, ensure the display of the liquid level gauge is fully white. The installation and connection of the main tube of the magnetic flip-level gauge must be kept vertical. Securely fasten the flange on the liquid level gauge to the flange on the container using bolts, nuts, and washers. Once secured, you can open the container valve to slowly fill the liquid. It is preferable to have a shut-off valve between the instrument flange and the container flange for easier removal and maintenance of the liquid level gauge.

Regularly inspect during use, checking for any loose connections at the level gauge components.

Once the magnetic flip level gauge is in operation, ensure that the liquid level in the storage tank changes gradually; it should not rise or fall rapidly, as this may cause the float to malfunction or become disoriented (if this occurs, use a calibration magnet to re-calibrate).

Regular inspections for corrosion of parts should be conducted during long-term use.
