


The dust removal and cleaning sieve is composed of five parts: the hopper, frame, transmission mechanism, fan, and air duct. The frame is equipped with four wheels at the base for easy movement; the sieve mesh is designed with a split structure from the frame, facilitating the replacement of various meshes with different mesh sizes.
Medium-sized dust removal cleaning sieve working principle:
Position the machine horizontally, plug in the power, turn on the work switch, and ensure the motor rotates clockwise to indicate the machine is in the correct working condition. Then, pour the sorted material into the feeder, adjust the bottom plate of the hopper according to the particle size of the material to ensure even distribution into the upper sieve; also, ensure the cylindrical blower on top of the sieve sends air correctly to the discharge end of the sieve. The air intake at the bottom of the blower can also be directly connected to a bag filter to collect light impurities from the grain.
The lower part of the vibrating screen features four bearings, each securely mounted in grooves of the machine frame for straight reciprocating motion; the upper coarse screen of the sieve cleans large particles from the material, while the lower fine screen removes small particles.
The selected machine operates through a coordinating linkage with a motor-driven crankshaft or eccentric wheel, thereby completing the entire process of selection and removal of impurities.
