Our newly developed generation of practical powder selection equipment is mainly composed of: main shaft motor, powder selection analyzer speed motor, material disperser, discharge cone, fine powder outlet, feed and discharge ports, and the body. In use, it only requires two connections with a pulse dust collector that matches the sand and stone separator. Customers can adjust the material quality to perfection by regulating the speed of the analyzer motor according to the actual required amount of powder in the finished material. Our company offers a variety of powder selectors, each suitable for different materials, and different models can be customized based on customers' requirements for material fineness.

Working Principle
The sand and gravel (less than 5mm) fall from the feed opening to the inner cavity of the equipment due to their own gravity. During the descent, the material first passes through the discharger on the lower part of the rotating main shaft, which disperses the material, allowing the sand and powder to be fully scattered. Fine powder rises, while larger particles fall to the bottom of the equipment and land on the distribution cone, further dispersing them. Larger particles are discharged through the lower outlet. Fine powder is then carried up through the analyser and extracted and collected by the pulse dust collector. The speed of the analyser determines the amount of powder in the material. This equipment is easy to operate, produces low noise, has high production capacity, and meets environmental standards.
Applicable Material
Ultrafine grinding is suitable for limestone, calcite, kaolin, calcium carbonate, dolomite, barite, feldspar, talc, gypsum, basalt, quartz, bentonite, coal, and lime, etc.
