Space-saving, lightweight structure
Utilizing heat exchange packing specifically designed for this series of cooling towers, the heat exchange area is significantly increased. Compared to the original HBLD series and HBLCD series, the floor space required is substantially reduced. Additionally, the optimized structural design and use of steel construction greatly decrease the operating weight.
2. Energy-saving
Utilizing low-ventilation resistance packing and the wing-shaped glass fiber reinforced plastic fans, specifically designed for cooling towers by Tsinghua University, we reduce the motor power required. The ultra-low noise models feature even lower motor power, resulting in greater energy savings. Additionally, dual-speed motors can be provided upon customer request to further save electricity.
3. Low operating noise
Utilizing blade low-noise axial flow fans with FRP material designed specifically for cooling towers by Tsinghua University, along with low-noise motors tailored for cooling towers, the operating noise of the cooling towers is reduced. The ultra-low noise series cooling towers have even lower operating noise, meeting environmental protection requirements. If a two-speed motor is used, the noise can be further reduced by 2-3 dB(A) during night-time low-speed operation. Customers requiring two-speed motors should specify this requirement separately when placing an order.
4. Excellent corrosion resistance
The tower, sink, and panels are made of FRP material with excellent corrosion resistance, and contain light stabilizers in the gel coat resin, offering good anti-aging properties and maintaining colorfastness over time. The steel structural components of the tower are galvanized after processing to enhance the corrosion resistance of the cooling tower, eliminating the need for additional corrosion protection during its normal service life.
5. Easy to combine
Combinations can be utilized to meet various operational conditions, and users can also decide on combinations based on their site specifics. The appearance of the cooling tower can be adjusted according to the characteristics of the user's building. Should the user's site be particularly limited, our company can also design to cater to special requirements, ensuring satisfaction with thermal performance and noise levels.
6. Easy maintenance
This series of cooling towers features a modular design, with the air chambers of adjacent towers isolated. Maintenance and inspection, as well as cleaning of the packing, drain pipes, and water tanks, are made easier without interrupting the normal operation of the cooling tower.
