The modular air conditioning unit is one of the primary equipment for air treatment, which does not include its own cooling or heating source. It utilizes chilled water, hot water, or steam as mediums to complete a range of functions such as air filtration, purification, heating, cooling, humidification, dehumidification, noise reduction, and fresh air treatment, all in a compact, modular assembly.
Fresh air enters the air conditioning unit, where it mixes with return air from indoors in the mixing section. The mixed air passes through the preliminary filtration stage, removing dust and debris, and then through the medium efficiency filtration stage for secondary filtration, removing finer dust and debris. Next, the air is cooled or heated in the cooling or heating section to reach the desired temperature point, and then humidified in the humidification section to meet the system's humidity requirements, achieving the supply air state point. Finally, the treated air is distributed indoors through the fan section.
