The FMQD pulse bag dust collector typically uses needle-punched polyester felt for its material, which is suitable for temperatures below 120°C. It is specifically designed for cement mill roof and floor, belt conveyors, and local dust sources. It can also be used for dust removal in local dust sources in other industries. In cold regions, where the outdoor heating calculation temperature is ≤-25°C, a heating device should be installed.
The FMQD pulse jet dust collector features a compact design, high air volume handling capacity, and ease of use. Dust from the pulse jet dust collector can be directly discharged into the warehouse, meaning it falls directly onto the conveyor belt. Contaminated gas enters the pulse jet dust collector from the bottom, is filtered through the bags, and the clean air is exhausted by the induced draught fan. After a period of operation, the dust on the filter bags accumulates, increasing the resistance, necessitating a cleaning process for the dust collector. Once cleaned, the dust collector resumes normal operation.
