Oxygen Saturation Measurement Basics

· During laboratory measurement of dissolved oxygen, the solution to be tested must be stirred at a constant speed; when measuring outdoors, the water body must have a certain flow rate to ensure the rate of dissolved oxygen passing through the electrode membrane.

· The solution must not generate an electromagnetic field that interferes with measurement signals during stirring or flow to ensure the stability of measurement data.

· Oxygen sensors require a certain polarization time both before calibration and measurement.

Ensure that the main power supply is turned off before removing the oxygen sensor electrode for maintenance.
