The Thermo Scientific Orion Star A214 pH/ISE Benchtop Meter is an easy-to-use, reliable laboratory meter with advanced features and functionalities. Optional reading modes and stability indicators provide flexibility and control for your measurements. All key data, including temperature, date and time, reading type, measurement stability, active calibration information, and electrode status icons, are displayed along with your measurement results. The screen displays calibration and setup instructions in multiple local languages and can be updated with new languages through software.
A comprehensive keyboard with specific menu function keys, dual-purpose scroll/shortcut keys, additional power key, measurement key, record view key, and blender key ensures simple operation and quick navigation. All settings menus are centralized, and can be accessed directly via individual shortcut keys, allowing for rapid retrieval, evaluation, and modification of measurement and instrument settings.
The pH value, ion concentration, mV, relative mV, ORP, and temperature can be measured.
Utilize the automatic buffer recognition feature of NIST or DIN buffer solution sets to perform up to 5-point pH calibration, while also offering the option to manually input custom buffer values.
Use optional units (including: ppm, M, mg/L, %, ppb, or unitless) for up to 5-point ISE (ion-selective electrode) calibration
Calibration editing options support single-point corrections without the need for full recalibration.
