The blender's mixing and humidifying process transforms dry materials into uniformly moistened material, preventing secondary dust generation during unloading and transportation, and creating favorable conditions for the reuse of materials.
The single-axis dust humidifying mixer is characterized by its compact structure, excellent overall performance, strong technology, reasonable process, high efficiency, good sealing performance, adjustable water volume with minimal wear, high processing capacity, long service life, continuous operation capability, and low failure rate.
The single-axis dust humidifying mixer is installed at the bottom of the ash storage bin. Dry powder ash is evenly fed into the machine by a impeller feeder (with an electric lock gas valve). The dry powder ash is dispersed and mixed with a limited amount of water (水量可调节) through a directional rotating ratchet, achieving a predetermined humidity. The mixed material is then pushed towards the discharge outlet through a spiral conveyor belt, thereby solving the issue of secondary dust飞扬.
