
The screw conveyor is designed and manufactured in accordance with the JB/T679-95 standard for Screw Conveyors. Commonly known as a auger, the screw conveyor is a widely used conveying equipment in the mining, feed, grain and oil, and construction industries. Divided by the conveying material's displacement direction, screw conveyors are categorized into two main types: horizontal and vertical. They are primarily used for the horizontal conveying and vertical lifting of various loose materials such as powders, granules, and small pieces.
The LS type screw conveyor is widely used in various sectors of the national economy, such as construction materials, metallurgy, chemicals, electricity, coal, machinery, light industry, grain, and food industries. It is suitable for conveying powdery, granular, and small piece materials like cement, coal powder, grain, slag, sand, and coke. It is not suitable for materials that are prone to deterioration, have high viscosity, or are prone to caking. The operating temperature range of the LS screw conveyor is typically -20 to 40°C, and the temperature of the conveyed materials is usually -20 to 80°C. The LS screw conveyor is suitable for horizontal and slight incline installations, with an inclination angle not exceeding 15°. The LS type screw conveyor uses rotating screws to push the material along the fixed housing for conveying. The head and tail bearings are moved outside the housing. The swinging bearing employs sliding bearings with dust-proof sealing devices. The shaft bushes are generally made of powder metallurgy, while cement conveying uses felt bushes. The swinging shaft and screw shaft are connected by sliding blocks.
