As the sedimentation tank is used over time, the accumulated impurities will gradually pile up and turn into sludge. Over time, as the wastewater is discharged through the pipes, the sediment that has settled needs to be cleaned. If not cleaned regularly, the sludge at the bottom of the wastewater sedimentation tank will become very hard, making it difficult to remove.
The working principle of sludge cleaning: Due to the hinge shaft at one end of the buffer plate being set in hinge hole one, and the hinge shaft at the other end of the buffer plate being set in hinge hole two, under the action of the adjusting mechanism, the buffer plate can tilt to the left or right. It serves as a buffer medium for sludge sedimentation. When the buffer plate is vertically positioned, it allows for the treatment of sediment on the buffer plate. Then, with the action of cylinder one and cylinder two, the slider one slides on the guide rail one, and the slider two slides on the guide rail two, thereby moving the installation rod to push the cleaning mechanism sequentially above the buffer plate. Under the action of the cleaning mechanism, each buffer plate is cleaned.

The higher the sludge removal, the more residual sludge material needs to be processed. Unless land application or sewage lagoon treatment is used, general sludge removal must be equipped with sludge treatment facilities. For modern sludge removal, the treatment and disposal of sludge has become a more complex and costly part of the wastewater treatment system operation.

Waste Sludge Cleaning Steps and Solutions:
Before cleaning the wastewater sedimentation pond, the valve at the water intake of the pond must be closed first.
2. Then pump out the wastewater from the surface of the sewage sedimentation pond. Be mindful to check if the wastewater is harmful to humans. If it's non-hazardous, it can be discharged directly into the sewage pipeline. If it's harmful, filter it before discharge.
3. Most sewage pools and sedimentation tanks are confined spaces. Therefore, prior to workers entering for construction activities, ventilation should be prearranged using fans to ensure safety. Note that only construction personnel trained and possessing a confined space operation certification should descend into the sewage sedimentation pool.
4. Dilute sludge in the wastewater ponds and sedimentation tanks, as much of the sludge inside these ponds and tanks has been accumulating over the years. Prolonged accumulation requires the use of high-pressure washing trucks to flush and dilute the sludge.
5. After diluting the sludge in the wastewater pond and sedimentation tank, place the vacuum cleaner's suction pipe into the sludge and silt, using the powerful suction of the vacuum truck to remove the sludge.
6. Sludge and sediment treated by a sludge dehydrator and compressed solidified, then packed in ton bags and left to dry at designated locations. Subsequently, waste management units will collect and dispose of them to prevent secondary environmental pollution.
7. As the sludge and sediment from the wastewater pond are being pumped up, we will then use a high-pressure washing truck to repeatedly rinse the pool walls around the sedimentation pond until they are clean. Afterward, we will pump up the sediment from the bottom of the pool, dewater it, and solidify it.
8. After cleaning the pool walls of the effluent sedimentation tank, the construction is nearly complete. Additionally, use a high-pressure washing vehicle to thoroughly clean the ground around the effluent sedimentation tank, ensuring no contamination remains. This marks the completion of the effluent sedimentation tank's cleaning process.

Sediment removal and transportation solution for construction projects:
1. Utilizing the openings on the wastewater pond for the entry and exit of construction materials, machinery, personnel, and sludge.
2. Sever water渗漏 sources and address temporary drainage pipeline challenges during construction projects.
3. The wastewater pond is an enclosed space. For safety considerations, everyone should ensure proper natural ventilation is in place in advance to guarantee everything is foolproof.
4. Dilute sludge using high-pressure water pumps.
