Tongzhou District Septic Tank Cleaning Company, On-Site Service Details
Regular septic tank cleaning and pumping is a crucial maintenance task; please do not overlook it. Failure to clean the septic tank thoroughly can eventually lead to blockages in the main sewage pipes, which in turn can cause blockages in the lateral pipes. Therefore, in densely populated areas such as property complexes, office buildings, schools, shopping malls, factory residential areas, and train stations, the cleaning and maintenance of septic tanks must be done diligently. Generally, we offer three types of contracts: monthly, quarterly, and annual cleaning and maintenance. Regular cleaning and maintenance of septic tanks not only keeps the pipes clear but also contributes to a cleaner and better environment.
Septic Tank Cleaning Steps and Process:
1. First locate the septic tank in the unit, community, and residential areas, and then set up safety construction signs and a perimeter line around it.
2. Workers are to wear reflective safety vests and helmets, open the septic well cover, and protect the site to prevent accidental falls on the road.
3. Arrange for a sewage and sludge suction truck and related equipment to enter the construction site.
4. Start the equipment and vehicles, and slowly lower the feces and wastewater suction pipeline into the septic tank. Begin the extraction of feces and wastewater. During this process, ensure proper safety precautions around the area to prevent passersby from falling into the wastewater well.
5. Sewage and sludge removal complete; construction vehicles depart. Workers tidy the manhole covers and site, restoring it to original condition, and remove the safety construction perimeter.
The process of pumping septic tanks and required tools:
1. Use an iron hook to lift the septic tank cover, then use a long bamboo pole (8 meters) to disperse the solidified debris layer inside the septic tank.
2. Position the sewage pump truck at the work site, attach the suction hose (5 meters long, with 3 spare) to the septic tank.
3. Turn on the sludge pump truck's switch, extract fecal waste until the sludge blockages in the septic tank are mostly removed, to prevent soiling the work site and the clothing of passersby.
4. Close the septic tank cover and clean the work site and all tools with clear water.
5. Septic tanks are typically cleaned once a year, with the first tank removed 90% and the second tank 75%. The hard surface of the tank is fully removed.
6. After pumping, visually inspect the well to ensure no debris floats on the surface, maintain clear flow, and prevent wastewater from overflowing onto the ground.
Sewage Pump Key Features:
1. Designed to smoothly pass through mediums with high viscosity, high solids content, or sensitivity, and wide clearances for substances that are thick or contain solid particles.
2. Good sealing and strong self-priming capability; self-priming height of about 8.5 meters.
3. Utilizes an elastomer helical rotor for durability, resistance to wear and corrosion, pulse-free operation, high efficiency, and low noise.
4. Excellent wear resistance; when transporting media containing solid particles, the pump casing is better protected by both axial wear-resistant plates and radial wear-resistant bushes, which extend the pump's service life. The wear-resistant plates and bushes are made of wear-resistant materials, offering strong wear resistance and high resistance (pH range 1 to 13).
5. Utilizing a combination floating mechanical seal with independent intellectual property rights, the mechanical seal is lubricated by oil in the isolation chamber, allowing the rotor to run dry for about 10 minutes.
6. Pumps operate with high efficiency and energy-saving. Components are made of composite wear-resistant materials, offering a long service life, compact structure, and minimal space requirement. Easy online maintenance with minimal labor involved.
Sewer truck suction operation:
(1) Insert the suction hose as deeply as possible into the fecal slurry, ensuring the tip remains 300mm below the liquid surface throughout the operation.
(2) Push the four-way valve handle perpendicular to the ground.
(3) Shift the transmission into neutral, then start the engine, disengage the clutch, and pull the power take-off switch backward to engage and start the vacuum pump.
(4) Open the toolbox inside the driver's cabin, pull out the buzzer switch, and connect it to the power source.
(5) Operators should monitor the area near the suction hose inlet and use appropriate tools to block debris to prevent clogging.
(6) Operators should use the observation mirror on the top of the rear cap. When the liquid level reaches the middle of the mirror, they should notify the driver. Meanwhile, they should either pull the suction pipe away from the ground or close the four-way valve.
We firmly believe that with our company's philosophy of "high quality at low prices" and our commitment to "quality first, service first," through unwavering efforts and continuous development, we will undoubtedly win the favor of both new and old customers and maintain long-term, excellent cooperation!
