Incoloy 825

Product Definition
Incoloy 825 alloy, rich in Cr, Mo, and Cu, exhibits excellent corrosion resistance against both oxidizing and non-oxidizing acids, particularly high resistance to sulfuric acid. Due to its high Cr, Mo, and Ni content, it boasts good resistance to pitting corrosion, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking in chloride environments. The carbon content in Incoloy 825 alloy is kept low, making it less prone to sensitization during welding and with lower intergranular corrosion sensitivity.
