Product Overview

This unit is suitable for the recovery of dilute alcohol in the food, light industry, and chemical industry. It is also applicable for the distillation of methanol and other solvents. According to user requirements, this unit can distill dilute alcohol around 30°C to 90°C-95°C alcohol. The higher the finished product's alcohol content requirement, the greater the reflux ratio can be increased, but the yield will correspondingly decrease. The W-type can also be used for the distillation of methanol. The W-type is batch process, while the ZW-type is continuous process.

       This device is used for thin alcohol recovery in pharmaceutical industry, food industry, light industry and chemical industry, etc. It is also applicable for distillation of other solvents. This device can distill thin alcohol at about 30℃ to alcohol within 900℃—95℃ according to the requirements of the users. You may increase reflow ratio as the accuracy of finished products (wine) is higher, but accordingly the output will decrease. Type W can also be use for distillation of methanol. The type W is of intermittent mode and ZW is of continuous mode.
