For road and railway construction, where rock, urban areas, or village settlements require excavation and encounter rock formations, and large quantities of stone are involved, the following equipment can be selected at each work site: 3 to 4 rock drills (with air compressors), 1 hydraulic splitter (with 2 to 3 expansion wedges), and 1 excavator (with a breaker) – vibration-free, shock-free, noise-free, safe, and environmentally friendly. Additionally, the equipment is compact, lightweight, easy to operate, and simple to master. For road and railway construction, where rock, urban areas, or village settlements require excavation and encounter rock formations, and large quantities of stone are involved, the following equipment can be selected at each work site: 3 to 4 rock drills (with air compressors), 1 hydraulic splitter (with 2 to 3 expansion wedges), and 1 excavator (with a breaker)…
Inspect the expansion to determine the position and direction of the next hole group. A crucial characteristic of the hydraulic splitting machine is that the expanded position of the expansion body must be evenly opposed on both sides, avoiding one side being too thin and drifting. This way, the expansion effect is not very pronounced. Generally, the hole should be about 1 to 1.5 meters from the free face. The expansion depth also depends on the condition of the rock.
The better the integrity, the deeper the expansion can reach, up to 2 to 3 meters. Since hydraulic splitters can only expand the rock but not dislodge the expanded stones, and the excavator's hammer is difficult to crush the rock on the mountain, the stones expanded by the hydraulic splitter can be easily removed, followed by breaking up large rocks for easy loading and unloading. Therefore, using hydraulic splitters with hammers is both safe and highly efficient! 1. The product is lightweight, easy to operate, and safe to use.
Developed based on the ancient principle of manual borer, a hydraulic boring machine named the Hydraulic Splitter consists of two parts: 1. The power station is a 4KW motor (7.7 HP diesel engine) providing pressure, reaching a super high-pressure of up to 60MPa, and 2. The expansion force generated by the accumulator through the oil lines can exceed 500 tons. The hydraulic splitter for rock splitting boasts the following advantages:
Road and railway construction, as well as rock excavation for foundation work in urban areas, villages, and settlements, may require a substantial amount of stone removal. In such cases, each work site may opt for the following equipment: 3 to 4 rock drills (with air compressors), one hydraulic splitter (with 2 to 3 wedges), and one excavator (with a crushing hammer).
