The air-source tubular ozone system employs a plate-type oxygen generator and a tubular PSA (oxygen enrichment/drying) machine. The gas source is well-prepared, with the tubular system utilizing corona discharge, stainless steel electrodes, and glass dielectric; while the plate-type uses gap discharge, aluminum electrodes, and imported ceramic plate dielectric. Precision machining ensures high accuracy, with a small discharge gap (<0.5mm) and high consistency. It boasts high yield and concentration, stable performance, reliable operation quality, resolves common issues found in conventional ozone generators, and significantly extends the lifespan of the equipment.
Tubular ozone generators are the mainstream in the current market. Compared to plate-type generators, they are more suitable for operation under harsh conditions, durable, and stable in performance. The technology is more mature, the production process is stable, and the overall optimization is strong. Moreover, they are more cost-effective than plate-type ozone generators.
Tube-type ozone generators are commonly used for disinfection and producing ozone water, such as cleaning vegetables and fruits. Ozone is introduced into the water through pipes, and the dissolved ozone in the water completes the disinfection of food and utensils. They usually come with a small air pump for ozone transportation via pipes.
The Zhongtong tubular ozone generators can be categorized by the material of the electrodes (referring to dielectric materials) into: film medium, glass, ceramic, enamel, mica, etc. The most commonly used materials are glass and enamel pipes. Glass dielectrics are suitable for large and medium-sized ozone generators. However, due to their poor mechanical strength, glass dielectrics have been continuously replaced by other materials. Enamel pipe dielectrics are more commonly used in large ozone generators, featuring a loose integration of the medium and electrodes, high mechanical strength, and high ozone yield, making them a superior material in ozone equipment.
