This 20kg-rated ozone generator is a large-scale model, also known as a heavyweight ozone generator. It employs mature technology such as a variable-frequency inverter power supply, high borosilicate glass discharge medium, and industrial internet control technology to ensure the reliability, stability, and improved operation quality of the equipment system. Key components include an oil-free compressed air system, high-concentration oxygen generation system, cooling system, power system, and a PLC integrated control unit. The single-machine ozone output ranges from 0.5kg/h to 100kg/h, and the export ozone concentration is available from 5mg/l to 150mg/l. Compared to existing large machines on the market, it boasts a compact structure, small footprint, smooth and safe operation, lower energy consumption, and more stable performance. This series of ozone generators is widely used in chemical oxidation synthesis, pulp bleaching, water treatment, wastewater treatment, and deep treatment of drinking water.
Application Scope:
1. Chemical Oxidation; Ozone is used as an oxidizing agent, catalyst, and purifier in the chemical, petroleum, papermaking, textile, and fragrance industries. Ozone's strong oxidizing power easily breaks the carbon-carbon bonds in olefinic and acetylenic organic compounds, leading to partial oxidation and the synthesis of new compounds.
2. Pulp Bleaching: Ozone is used in the pulp and paper industry for chemical pulp bleaching or to enhance the mechanical properties of mechanical pulps, thereby reducing the environmental pollution caused by chlorine in the pulp bleaching process.
3. Water Treatment: Ozone has a high and rapid kill rate for bacteria, viruses, and other microorganisms in water, effectively removes pollutants like organic compounds without causing secondary contamination. It also reduces biochemical oxygen demand (BOD) and chemical oxygen demand (COD), eliminates nitrates, suspended solids, and decolorizes water. Applications include urban wastewater treatment, drinking water treatment for bottled water industries, marine aquarium water recycling, and more.
