The 40kg model ozone generator is a large-scale ozone generator, also known as a heavy-duty ozone generator. It utilizes mature inverter technology for power supply, high borosilicate glass as the discharge medium, and industrial internet control technology to ensure the reliability, stability, and improved operational quality of the equipment system. Key components include an oil-free compressed air system, a high-concentration oxygen production system, a cooling system, a power system, and a PLC integrated control unit. The single-machine ozone output ranges from 0.5kg/h to 100kg/h, with export ozone concentrations ranging from 5mg/l to 150mg/l. Application Range:
1. Chemical Oxidation: Ozone is used as an oxidizing agent, catalyst, and purifier in the chemical, petroleum, papermaking, textile, and fragrance industries. Its strong oxidizing power readily breaks the carbon-carbon bonds in olefinic and acetylenic organic compounds, allowing for partial oxidation and the synthesis of new compounds.
2. Pulp Bleaching: Ozone is used in the pulp and paper industry for chemical pulp bleaching or to improve the mechanical properties of mechanical pulps, reducing the environmental pollution caused by chlorine during the pulp bleaching process.
