Oxygen-based Ozone Generator, as the name implies, is an ozone generator that uses oxygen as the gas raw material.
Oxygen generators and air generators are the two types, categorized by the gas raw material used. Oxygen generators typically supply oxygen via oxygen cylinders or oxygen generators. Air generators usually use clean, dry compressed air as the raw material. Since ozone is produced from oxygen, and the oxygen content in the air is only 21%, the ozone concentration produced by air generators is relatively lower. In contrast, the purity of oxygen from cylinders or oxygen generators is over 90%, resulting in a higher ozone concentration from oxygen generators.
Other classification perspectives of ozone generators:
1. Divided by the high-voltage frequency of the generator, there are three types: power frequency (50-60Hz), medium frequency (400-1000Hz), and high frequency (>1000Hz). Due to their large size and high power consumption, power frequency generators have basically exited the market. Medium and high-frequency generators, with their compact size, low power consumption, and high ozone output, are now commonly used products.
2. Divided by the structure of ozone generators, there are two types: medium阻挡discharge (DBD) and open type.
3. Divided by the structure of the ozone generator's discharge chamber, there are two types: tubular and plate-type.
