Graphite electric heating plates utilize advanced digestion technology, offering rapid temperature rise, programmable control, complete digestion, and uniform temperature distribution. They are suitable for pre-treatment of samples in industries such as food, pharmaceuticals, quality inspection, environmental protection, disease control, chemical engineering, and universities. Additionally, they can be used for microwave digestion pretreatment and acid removal, making them an ideal matching product for analyzers like atomic absorption, atomic fluorescence, and ICP-AES.

Utilizing a new heating method, the heating element is made of high-purity isostatic graphite with superior thermal conductivity, ensuring uniform temperature distribution between points, with a temperature difference between samples less than ±1.5℃.

Programmable LCD Display Intelligent Temperature Control, which achieves programmable temperature rise and controls the heating retention time, automatically stops heating after completing the heating program.
Energy-saving and efficient, double-layer shell design with a dual insulating effect of air and alumina silicate insulation, further enhancing energy efficiency. Large heating panel, capable of handling multiple samples in a single batch for laboratory use.
Corrosion-resistant treatment for graphite thermal conductive materials, with a surface coating of Teflon for resistance to acidic and alkaline corrosion. The entire unit undergoes corrosion-resistant electrostatic powder coating to ensure normal operation of the instrument in acidic environments.
Split Design: The main unit and controller are designed separately. The microcomputer control section can be placed outside the ventilated cabinet, facilitating operation while also protecting the control components from corrosion.
