The GGC-12C series national standard COD intelligent reflux digestion instrument is designed entirely according to the Ministry of Environmental Protection's standard HJ 828—2017 (replacing GB 11914-89) on the basic principles, ensuring an effective reflux micro-boiling isothermal control heating process for 2 hours. The preparation and addition of reagent solutions are consistent with the requirements of standard HJ 828—2017, ensuring the accuracy of analytical results.
The instrument utilizes microcomputer technology for timing control heating, allowing simultaneous heating of up to 12 ground-glass回流 apparatus with 250ml cone-shaped (straight-bottom large ground) bottles; achieving the goals of energy saving, reducing electrical load, and improving efficiency.
The instrument uses glass burr回流 tubes instead of spherical reflux tubes, and replaces water cooling with air cooling, which saves water, reduces space requirements, standardizes the instrument, and also enhances the safety of instrument use; the heating module employs infrared ceramic heating for even heating and independent control.
For water samples with a Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD) greater than 700 mg/L, dilute the sample to complete the measurement; for water samples with high chloride ion content, refer to the method in Appendix A of National Standard HJ 828—2017 for determination.
