Product Overview
An ultrasonic cell disruptor (crusher) is a multifunctional and versatile instrument that utilizes strong ultrasound to generate cavitation effects in liquids for ultrasonic processing of materials. It is capable of breaking down various animal and plant cells, as well as virus cells. It can also be used for emulsification, separation, homogenization, extraction, defoaming, cleaning, and accelerating chemical reactions. It is widely used in fields such as biochemical, microbiological, pharmaceutical, surface chemistry, physics, and zoology.
2. Product Features
The aesthetically pleasing and reliable LCD temperature-controlled ultrasonic cell disruptor features a large-screen display and centralized central computer control. It allows for adjustable settings of ultrasonic, gap, total time, and power, with optional amplitude rod selection upon startup, sample temperature display, automatic frequency tracking, and fault automatic alarm. The instrument uses PWM controlled switch-mode power supply, with continuous power adjustment capability, and can store 50 sets of experimental parameters. All functions are displayed on the large screen.
