Technical Specifications
The fully automatic distillation apparatus is composed of the following units: eight heating control units, one cooling water self-circulation unit, eight nitrogen gas flow control units, eight magnetic stirring control units, one automatic acid addition control unit, a timing control unit, and a titration unit.

5. Nitrogen System
5.1 The main unit is equipped with a nitrogen total interface, featuring nitrogen protection function, capable of single-hole control, nitrogen flow rate: 0-2L/min (adjustable), accuracy: 0.1L/min.
5.2 The main unit is equipped with a pressure switch, which allows for the opening of the nitrogen main interface before the experiment to monitor the gas tightness of the pipeline, and is equipped with a gas tightness detection device.
5.3 Nitrogen connectors are equipped with quick connectors for easy disassembly.
6. Control Mode: Set distillation time, power, and acid volume. The experiment will automatically execute steps according to the standard after the experiment starts, with a high degree of automation. The heating will automatically stop upon completion of the experiment, eliminating the need for manual supervision.
7. Acid Control Unit: The main unit is equipped with a total acid interface, allowing for the setting of acid volume, which automatically dispenses acid in a quantified manner based on the selected sample hole position. Acid volume range: 0-20ml.
7.1 The acid connector is made of polytetrafluoroethylene, and the connection with the distillation flask is equipped with a quick-insert type frosted port for easy operation.
8. Magnetic Stirring Unit: Equipped with 8 independent built-in magnetic stirring systems in the receiving area, the stirring speed can be adjusted via a knob.
9. Timing Control Unit: Each distillation unit in the set is equipped with an independent timing control system, allowing for adjustable working time from 0 to 200 minutes. The system automatically starts timing upon the experiment's initiation and can automatically stop heating upon completion of the timing.
10. Titration Unit: The main unit is equipped with an independent titration butterfly clip that can be freely sliding for easy titration operations.

13. Cooling Method: Closed-loop internal recirculation system, refrigeration system with compression cooling, condensate water temperature <15°C, suitable for large-scale operations, with improved condensation efficiency.
