2. Owners of scrap trucks should promptly sell them to scrap truck recycling companies.
3. Waste truck recycling companies purchase waste trucks upon presentation of the "Motor Vehicle Scrapping Certificate" and issue a "Waste Truck Recycling Certificate" to the owner of the waste truck.
4. The owner of a scrapped truck shall, upon presentation of the "Scrapped Truck Recycling Certificate," apply to the relevant authorities at the truck's registered registration location for cancellation of registration.
5. Waste truck recycling companies must register each recycled waste truck individually. These companies are prohibited from dismantling, modifying, assembling, or selling any trucks suspected of criminal activity, as well as their "5 Major Components" and other spare parts. The "5 Major Components" refer to the engine, front and rear axles, transmission, steering mechanism, and chassis removed from the waste trucks.
6. No entity or individual may sell, gift, or otherwise transfer scrapped trucks to any unit or individual other than a scrapped truck recycling company; self-disassembly of scrapped trucks is prohibited.
