Operating Principle

By the high-speed rotation of the dispersing disk, the material forms a circular flow, generating a strong vortex, spiraling down to the bottom of the vortex. Intense shearing, collision, and friction occur between particles, achieving rapid dispersion, dissolution, uniform mixing, and emulsification.
