Vibration Ball Mill

Product Overview

The vibration mill is a new type of high-efficiency powder-making equipment. It utilizes the high-frequency vibration of the cylinder to make the grinding media inside the cylinder impact the material with inertial force. The grinding media is typically round steel with a diameter of Φ16-Φ36mm, which has been carburized and quenched to achieve a hardness of HRC55 or above. For feed particle sizes greater than 15mm, use a larger diameter; for feed particle sizes less than 15mm, use a smaller diameter, and pair two or more specifications of steel bars (steel balls) for use. During operation, the motor drives the shaft of the exciter with eccentric weights through a flexible shaft and a universal joint, causing the cylinder to vibrate. The grinding media and material inside the cylinder are flipped and impacted, resulting in the rapid crushing of the material.

Purpose
