Product Description

WLDC-Lithium Battery Spiral Mixing Machine consists of a U-shaped cylinder and two layers of spiral belts, both inside and out, featuring a unique structure. It offers fast mixing speed and high uniformity. Different spiral belt structures are used for varying mixing requirements of different materials (special materials must be cleaned before each mixing), and it is a jacketed type that can be heated and dried.

Product Performance Overview

For lithium cobalt oxide, lithium iron phosphate, ternary, and other lithium battery powders, the horizontal screw blade mixer has been specially designed to accommodate the blending process of battery powder materials.

The equipment cylinder has a loading rate of around 65%, with a high loading coefficient, meaning it occupies less space than similar-sized equipment with the same loading capacity.

The "U" shaped cylinder is welded together with both end plates, ensuring high overall strength and reliable sealing.

3. The cylinder interior features superior lining technology, ensuring strong adhesion between the PTFE sheet and the stainless steel base material. With a thickness of 2-3mm, it exceeds that of typical coating processes, offering a longer service life.

4. The mixing unit is designed in a monolithic form, ensuring uniform mixing while consuming minimal power, thereby guaranteeing equipment stability and suitability for high-density materials. The mixing unit can be coated with HALAR/WC upon customer request.

5. The main shaft is connected to the flanges of both ends of the drive shaft, suitable for future maintenance.

6. Both ends of the shaft are sealed with a mechanical stuffing box seal, which offers excellent sealing performance and ensures no powder leakage at both ends.

7. Power and structure are reasonably matched for load starting capability.

Operating Principle

1. The drive system utilizes the H series bevel gear reducer, which allows for flexible installation of a hydraulic coupler to ensure equipment can start under heavy loads. This drive method is low in noise and ensures stable equipment operation.

2. The horizontal ribbon mixer has a loading coefficient as high as 70%, saving valuable equipment space.

3. The cylinder is coated with a spray process, featuring ETFE material that is resistant to high temperatures and friction: minor repairs can be made on small areas after normal wear, without affecting the production cycle of the equipment.

4. The main shaft screw has an inner and outer layer. The inner layer screw moves the material towards the ends of the cylinder, while the outer layer screw moves the material towards the center, creating material convection and achieving uniform mixing. The horizontal screw conveyor not only achieves uniform mixing but also accelerates the mixing speed, reducing electrical energy consumption. The stirring shaft can be coated with WC, and can be customized according to customer requirements.

5. Both ends are sealed with a combination of labyrinth and stuffing, allowing the labyrinth to be adjusted according to the material properties. The stuffing is made of PTFE packing, which boasts excellent wear resistance, good resilience, and a long service life.

6. The equipment operates smoothly with low noise, high mixing efficiency, and energy-saving environmental protection features. It can be connected to a weighing module to meet the requirements of high-precision weighing systems.

7. Feeding can be done via vacuum loading, while discharge is via pneumatic flip gate, with a quick unloading speed.

The mixed quantity in the table is measured with a powder material as the medium, and the selection should be calculated based on the product's count and specific gravity parameters.
