Coal Mill Classification
Coal grinders are categorized into three types: low-speed, medium-speed, and high-speed models. Each type has its own advantages, and customers can select the appropriate coal grinder for production based on their actual needs.
Process Introduction
Raw coal is fed into the feed device of the mill, with a temperature ofAt approximately 300℃ hot air also enters the feeding unit through an air intake duct. Inside the drying chamber, there are specially designed lifting plates that lift the raw coal, facilitating intense heat exchange and drying. The dried coal pieces then pass through a double-layer baffle with lifting plates into the pulverizing chamber. The pulverizing chamber is equipped with grinding media (steel balls), where the coal pieces are crushed and milled into coal powder. Simultaneously with the crushing of the coal pieces, a dedicated blower extracts the milled coal powder and gas through the mill's discharge unit. Coarser particles are returned to the pulverizing chamber via the discharge unit's return screw for further grinding.
