Working Principle

This unit is a horizontal trough-type double-screw mixer, primarily used for the uniform mixing of dry or wet powdery materials in various proportions in industrial applications. It ensures that no material volatilization or deterioration occurs during the mixing process. It is ideal for mixing semi-solids, liquids, or materials with high viscosity. The transmission mechanism mainly uses pot wheels, pot rods, and gear drives, operates with minimal noise, and has sufficient oil storage for effective lubrication, thereby extending the machine's service life.
