Product Overview

Gravity-free mixers are widely used in chemical, biological, and building materials fields, suitable for mixing powders, granules, fibers, and other materials. They possess stirring force and can achieve rapid mixing in a short time, particularly adept at handling mixtures of materials with significant differences in physical properties such as specific gravity, fineness, and fluidity. They are prominently applied in electronic batteries, construction mortars, environmental protection industries, mining, and agriculture.

Operating Principle

The gravity-free mixer is equipped with two parallel blade shafts rotating in opposite directions simultaneously, each shaft carrying a cruciform blade. Under the synchronization of the drive unit, the trajectories of the cruciform blade shafts intersect and mesh out of alignment. The drive unit causes the blade shafts to rotate rapidly, generating centrifugal force that effectively scatters the material upward into the cylinder. After reaching the highest point of the parabola (also known as the instantaneous zero-gravity state), the material falls. Driven by the blades, the material is mixed back and forth within the cylinder, and mixed, sheared, and separated by the intermeshing space of the double shafts, resulting in rapid and even mixing of the material.
