1. One-year free warranty

For any malfunctions that occur with the lifting products you purchase during normal use, within one year (as of the date of delivery), you will receive our complimentary on-site repair service. All costs for any issues that are genuinely due to the product's quality will be borne by us.

Lifetime maintenance provided

For product quality issues caused by the buyer (or issues beyond the warranty period), a fee may be charged at discretion, but not exceeding the total expenditure (or cost).

3. One-year On-Site Service

For any malfunctions you may encounter with the lifting products you've purchased, during normal use, a complimentary on-site repair service will be provided within one year from the date of delivery. This service is exclusive to the original components.

4. Repair Response Time

When you require on-site service, we will dispatch personnel to the location within 24 hours. If you only need engineer phone guidance, please call the service hotline directly.
