1. One-year free warranty

For the lifting equipment you purchase, any faults occurring during normal use within one year (as of the date of delivery) will be covered by our complimentary on-site repair service. In cases where the fault is indeed a product quality issue, all costs will be borne by us.

Lifetime maintenance provided

In cases of product quality issues caused by the customer (or quality issues beyond the warranty period), a fee will be charged at an appropriate rate, but not exceeding the total expenditure (or cost).

3. One-year On-Site Service

For the lifting products you purchase, in the event of any defects occurring during normal use within one year from the date of delivery (as per the delivery date), you will receive free on-site repair services provided by the designated repair location. This service is limited to the original components.

4. Repair Response Time

When you require on-site service, we will dispatch personnel to the location within 24 hours. If you only need engineer phone guidance, please dial the service hotline directly.
