1. One-year free warranty

For any malfunctions with the lifting products you purchase that occur during normal use, within one year from the date of delivery (as the date of use), you will receive free on-site repair services. All costs for any issues that are confirmed to be inherent in the product's quality will be borne by us.

Lifetime warranty on maintenance

For product quality issues caused by the customer (or quality issues beyond the warranty period), a fee will be charged at an appropriate rate, but not exceeding the total expenses (or cost).

3. One-year on-site service

For any malfunctions that may occur with the lifting products you purchase during normal use, within one year from the date of delivery (as per the delivery date), you will receive complimentary on-site repair services provided by the designated service location. This service is limited to the original components.

4. Repair Response Time

When you require on-site service, we will dispatch personnel to the location within 24 hours. If you only need engineering phone guidance, please directly dial the service hotline.
