1. One-year free warranty

For any malfunctions with the lifting equipment you purchase that occur during normal use, within one year from the date of delivery (as per the delivery date), you will receive complimentary on-site repair services. All costs for any issues confirmed to be due to the product's inherent quality will be borne by us.

Lifetime maintenance provided

For product quality issues caused by the customer (or quality issues beyond the warranty period), charges will be made at an appropriate rate, but not exceeding the total expenditure (or cost).

3. One-year On-Site Service

For the lifting equipment you purchased, any malfunctions occurring during normal use will be covered by a free on-site repair service provided by the designated service location within one year (as of the date of delivery). This service is limited to the original components.

4. Response Time for Maintenance

When you require on-site services, we will dispatch relevant personnel to the location within 24 hours. If you only need engineer phone guidance, please directly dial the service hotline.
