The DMC Pulse Jet Dust Collector is a compact pulse-jet baghouse dust collector designed for improved performance. It features excellent dust-cleaning results, high purification efficiency, large air volume handling, long filter bag life, minimal maintenance, and safe and reliable operation. It is widely used in various industrial sectors such as metallurgy, construction materials, machinery, chemicals, lime, and mining for dust purification and material recovery in non-fibrous industrial dust.
The main structure consists of the filter chamber, filter bags, clean air chamber, ash hopper, flip valve, pulse-jet dust removal device, and electrical control box, all of which are made of welded construction.
Operation Principle: Dusty gas enters the filter chamber through the ash hopper (or lower open flange). Coarse particles directly fall into the ash hopper or ash storage. The dusty gas is filtered through the filter bags, with dust retained on the bag surface. The clean gas passes through the bag mouth to the clean gas chamber and is exhausted into the atmosphere by the fan. As the dust on the surface of the filter bags accumulates and the equipment resistance reaches the set value, the time relay (or differential pressure controller) sends a signal, and the programmable controller starts to operate, sequentially opening the pulse valves. Compressed air is then blown through the nozzles to clean the filter bags, causing them to suddenly expand. Under the action of the reverse airflow, the dust adhered to the bag surface quickly detaches and falls into the ash hopper (or ash storage), and is then discharged through the flip gate valve. The blowing only cleans the dust from one row of filter bags at a time, while the other bags continue to filter without stopping the fan.。
