Ceramic fiber boards have poor heat conductivity, resulting in uneven drying with traditional drying methods, which is time-consuming and consumes excessive energy. The YNN series hot air drying oven features clean hot air output, rapid temperature rise, simple operation, energy saving, and environmental protection. It consists of a combustion chamber, multi-section circulating heat exchange chamber, fan, oxygen-assist valve, air intake and exhaust circulation pipes, and chimney. After fuel is burned in the combustion chamber, it undergoes full heat exchange in the multi-section circulating heat exchange chamber. The clean hot air is then delivered to the drying room by the fan. Simultaneously, the heat recovery pipe recycles the heat from the drying room, re-heats it, and returns it to the drying room for continuous heating.
The product features include:
1. High-temperature air cleaning with high efficiency and energy-saving. The YNN series utilizes air circulation heating, offering rapid cleaning and temperature increase without the need for water. It eliminates the need for radiators, pipes, and circulating pumps, thus preventing heat loss caused by water heat exchange. This significantly enhances heat efficiency and reduces energy consumption, achieving over 30% energy savings compared to hot water or steam boilers.
2. Low operation cost. The YNN series hot air drying oven utilizes a multi-stage circulating heat exchange method, fully utilizing the heat of the fuel, enhancing thermal efficiency and the combustion rate of the fuel. The equipped intake and exhaust pipeline circulates heat in the drying room, significantly reducing the time to raise temperature and lowering fuel consumption.
3. Easy to operate, quick start/stop, safe and environmentally friendly; the hot air produced by the furnace is clean and smoke-free. The YNN series can be equipped with various types of dust collectors for smoke, and users can choose according to their needs.
4. Wide fuel range, capable of burning wood residues, coal, or using electricity, oil, gas, biomass pellets, etc., and can also be configured with a hybrid energy source.
