In the process of lost foam casting, the white mold is the key to the entire lost foam casting process. Therefore, maintaining high quality of the white mold is crucial for the lost foam casting industry.
After the消失模is completed, a certain thickness of paint must be applied to the surface to form the mold inner shell, usually requiring two to three coats. Once the paint coating on the消失模surface is finished, it needs to be cured and fully dried through drying to facilitate subsequent production of the casting mold. Each coat of paint must be dried before proceeding to the next round of painting or molding. The drying process and equipment play a significant role in determining the quality of the white mold.
The lost foam process, if dried naturally, can take too long and be inefficient in terms of work speed. Using a hot air drying method ensures even drying and effectively improves the quality of the mold.
Yineng Drying's shell molding drying equipment features clean hot air output, rapid temperature rise, easy operation, and energy-saving environmental protection.
The principle is: After fuel is burned in the combustion chamber, it undergoes thorough heat exchange in the multi-stage recuperative heat exchanger. Clean hot air is then blown into the drying room by a fan, while the heat recovery pipeline captures the heat from the drying room, reheats it, and sends it back into the drying room for a continuous heating cycle. The drying room is equipped with a high-temperature and high-humidity axial flow fan, which operates in an automatic bidirectional circulation mode, forcing a rapid and even airflow through the material. This ensures that there are no dead spots in the material, achieving uniform heat and moisture exchange, and significantly enhancing the uniformity and quality of the drying process.
