The five-in-one reduction motor drive for large vehicles uses German original imported products, a three-in-one parallel shaft reduction motor (hardened gear surface) integrating the reducer, motor, and brake, a four-pole cylindrical squirrel cage variable-frequency motor, motor protection class IP54, motor continuous operation rate S1 for large vehicle motors allows for over-frequency use, maintenance-free DC electromagnetic disk brake, disk brake protection class IP54, smooth and gentle braking, brake pads without asbestos, environmentally friendly, reducing pollution, and increased braking frequency.
The standard power supply for the electric hoist includes angle steel track cable trolleys or reinforced (1.6mm thick) C-track cable trolleys. This power supply method ensures smooth operation, effectively extending the cable's lifespan, and reducing the occurrence of crane downtime due to cable failures.
The seven large vehicle power supply brackets utilize adjustable brackets for power supply, which are easy to install, securely fastened, and have a neat and aesthetically pleasing appearance.
