Advantages and Features of the New Electric Single Girder Crane:
One: The new single girder crane features fast trolley travel speed (4-40 meters/minute), twice as fast as the LD type electric single girder crane (20 meters/minute), with production efficiency doubled as well.
The new single-beam crane features a dual-button remote control. The shallow press operates at a slow speed of only 4 meters per minute, while the deep press reaches a rapid speed of up to 40 meters per minute. The shallow press ensures smooth starting and braking of the trolley, minimizing impact force, thereby significantly extending the service life of mechanical components and the structural steel.
Three: New single-beam crane, featuring standard variable frequency speed control with a speed ratio of 1:10. Slow speed can reach up to 3 meters per minute, while fast speed can reach 40 meters per minute. Achieves stepless speed adjustment within 3-30 meters per minute, ensuring accurate material handling positioning with minimal sway, allowing for safe and efficient lifting operations.
Four: The new single-beam crane end beam features a box-shaped beam (thickened version), with wheels mounted using a 45-degree split structure. The 45-degree split processing, combined with a bottom cut, resolves the track-gouging issue in long-span single-beam cranes. The wheels are forged, made of 65MN material.
Five: The three-in-one reduction motor for large vehicles is driven by German original imported products, featuring a three-in-one parallel shaft reduction motor (hardened gears) with the reducer, motor, and brake integrated. It is equipped with a four-pole cylindrical squirrel cage variable frequency motor, the motor has an IP54 protection level, and the motor can be used at a high frequency rate (S1), suitable for continuous operation. It is equipped with a maintenance-free DC electromagnetic disk brake, the disk brake has an IP54 protection level, providing smooth and gentle braking. The brake pads are asbestos-free, environmentally friendly, reducing pollution, and increasing the number of braking cycles.
Standard with steel angle track cable trolley or reinforced type (thickness 1.6mm) C-track cable trolley for the electric hoist power supply, ensuring smooth power supply, effectively extending the cable lifespan, and reducing the crane stoppage due to cable failures.
The seven large vehicle power supply brackets use adjustable power brackets, which are easy to install, securely fixed, and have a neat and aesthetically pleasing appearance.
The electric hoist features dual-limited lifting settings, utilizing a heavy-duty counterweight limit switch for the counterweight limit. The advantages include the heavy weight of the counterweight for higher working levels and a larger contact area.
The terminal blocks use a tin-welded anti-loosening connection method or Phoenix UK-type terminals.
The single girder crane model inherits the advantages of the national standard single girder crane, such as low price and high cost-performance, while enhancing the stability and reducing the failure rate of the single girder crane.
