Advantages and Features of the New Electric Single Girder Crane:
One: The new single-beam crane features a fast trolley speed (4-40 meters/minute), which is twice as fast as the LD-type electric single-beam crane (20 meters/minute), doubling the production efficiency as well.

The shallow press operates at a slow speed of only 4 meters per minute, while the deep press reaches a high speed of up to 40 meters per minute. The shallow press initiates and brakes the trolley smoothly with minimal impact force, significantly increasing the lifespan of mechanical components and the steel structure.
Three: New Single Girder Cranes, featuring standard variable frequency speed control with a speed ratio of 1:10. Slow speed can reach up to 3 meters per minute, while fast speed can reach up to 40 meters per minute. It achieves stepless speed control within the range of 3 to 30 meters per minute, ensuring accurate material lifting positioning with minimal vibration. It allows for safe and efficient material handling operations.
Four: The new single-beam crane end beam is made of a box-shaped beam (thickened version), with wheel installation utilizing a 45-degree split structure, 45-degree split machining, and bottom cutting to solve the track-chewing phenomenon in large-span single-beam cranes. The wheels are forged wheels, made of 65MN material.
The five-in-one reduction motor drive for large vehicles utilizes Germany-imported original products, featuring a three-in-one parallel shaft reduction motor (hard toothed surface) with integrated reduction gear, motor, and brake. It is equipped with a four-pole cylindrical squirrel cage variable-frequency motor, an IP54 motor protection rating, and a motor continuous duty rating of S1, allowing for over-frequency use in large vehicle operation. The maintenance-free DC disk brake with an IP54 protection rating provides smooth and gentle braking without asbestos brake pads, adhering to environmental protection standards and reducing pollution, thereby increasing the number of braking cycles.
Standard with steel angle track cable trolley or reinforced (1.6mm thick) C-track cable trolley for electric hoist power supply; this power supply method ensures smooth operation, effectively extending the cable's service life, and reducing crane downtime due to cable failures.
The seven large vehicle power supply brackets utilize adjustable power brackets, which are easy to install, securely fixed, and have a neat and aesthetically pleasing appearance.
The electric hoist features dual-limited lifting settings, with the heavy-duty counterweight limit switch for the counterweight limit. Its advantages include the heavier counterweight for a higher working level and a larger contact area.
The terminal blocks are either soldered with anti-loosening connections or use Phoenix UK type terminals.
The single-beam crane model inherits the advantages of the national standard single-beam crane, such as low price and high cost-performance, while enhancing the stability and reducing the failure rate of the single-beam crane.
