3The conveyor belt speed is controlled by a stepless speed control device, with adjustable operating time.
4Materials are continuously dried in the same drying chamber, equipped with a closed-air device at the end to prevent material contamination and meet hygiene requirements.,The product features a cooling device for rapid temperature reduction of the dried materials after drying.
5Heat sources can include coal, electricity, and thermal oil, etc.
Operating Principle:
The production line is fully equipped, offering pre-drying treatments tailored to different product designs, including cleaning, cutting, deep processing, dehydration, and complete drying services. The dryer utilizes hot air as the drying medium, which comes into contact with and moves through wet material, causing the moisture within to diffuse, vaporize, and evaporate, thus achieving the drying objective.
Continuous operation; each layer is equipped with an automatic flip plate device. Materials automatically flip over to the return conveyor belt upon reaching the end, saving energy and increasing the drying area.
This machine utilizes hot air as the drying medium to come into contact with the wet material, facilitating the diffusion, vaporization, and evaporation of moisture within the wet material, thereby achieving the drying objective.
