Harbin Boiler Fuel reminds you that generally speaking, the actual higher operating temperature of any heat transfer oil product, especially mineral oil types, should be at least 10℃ lower than its higher allowable operating temperature to ensure a certain service life and better safety and cost-effectiveness.
To prevent over-oxidation, as thermal oil tends to oxidize easily when operating at high temperatures in a heat carrier, leading to deterioration and quality degradation, nitrogen inerting the high-temperature expansion tank ensures the system's sealed integrity and avoids contact with air, thereby extending the lifespan of the thermal oil.
