Caution for using wear-resistant hydraulic oil:

1. Maintain hydraulic oil cleanliness to prevent metal shavings and fibers, and other contaminants from entering the oil.

2. Prior to adding oil fluid to the fuel tank, a thorough cleaning is required, and new oil must be filtered when refilling (the filter mesh precision is generally 5-10μm). Otherwise, the performance of the hydraulic system and the lifespan of the hydraulic pump will be significantly affected.

3. Regularly inspect oil quality and oil level.

4. Ensure that the oil temperature inside the fuel tank does not exceed the allowable range for hydraulic oil. All operating requirements should not exceed 60°C; otherwise, inspect the hydraulic oil cooling system. When the oil temperature is too low, preheat the oil to gradually raise the temperature (aiming for above 30°C) before running the machine.
