Operation Principle: In the fermented and mature mash, not only alcohol is present, but also dozens of other substances. When water is added, the concentration of these substances exceeds that of alcohol. The alcohol content in the mature mash is approximately 7-11% (by volume), while impurities including water, alcohols, aldehydes, acids, and fats account for nearly 90%. To obtain pure alcohol, a specific method is required to separate the alcohol from the mature mash. During production, heating and distillation are employed to separate substances with different boiling points, specific gravities, and volatilities from various equipment, which is achieved through the distillation column, thereby obtaining alcohol of higher purity.
