1. Roller Material: The roller of the automatic degumming extruder is made of high-quality carbon steel treated with nitriding, from German machine tools. It features a central height and excellent uniformity in thickness, with a surface electroplated with hard chrome for strong load-bearing capacity and a long service life.
2. Roller Bearings and Lubrication: SKF bearings with double-row arrangement, self-aligning, and integrated lubrication system for easy maintenance, significantly extending the service life of the equipment.
3. Safety Design: Human body ergonomics multi-directional braking system; in case of an emergency, allows for quick and convenient response to touch due to the natural human reflex, with an infrared safety switch.
