1. Roller Material: The roller of the automatic degumming extruder is made from high-quality carbon steel treated with nitriding, manufactured on German machine tools. It features a central high point with good thickness uniformity and precise control. The surface is electroplated with hard chrome, providing strong load-bearing capacity and a long service life.
2. Roller bearings and lubrication: SKF bearings in a bearing-type double arrangement, self-aligning, and featuring an integrated lubrication system for easy maintenance, significantly extending the service life of the equipment.
3. Safety Design: Multi-directional foot brake activated by foot, easy to operate in emergencies with ergonomic design for natural human response, infrared safety switch.
