2. Equipped with full machine set process interlock, audio-visual fault alarm, and rapid fault point lockout, all components in contact with materials are made of stainless steel. Meticulous in details, reliable, and energy-efficient, with long-lasting durability.
3. The temperature control system maintains good temperature regulation with low temperature variance to ensure material sensitivity to temperature.
4. Utilize the new technology of free-falling granule hood to address particle caking and cooling issues, while maintaining minimal particle agglomeration.
5. The extruder feeding system utilizes a heated element and reverse device in conjunction with the main screw reverse device to address power outages, material jamming, and color clearing issues.
6. Particularly, we use overseas technology for the barrel and mold head to ensure and control against the risk of the mold head bursting due to uncontrolled pressure, which could pose a danger to personnel.
7. The feeding machine is equipped with automatic return function to ensure proper positioning during the discharging process of the mixer.
8. Horizontal storage drums are equipped with manual discharge plates for controlling and matching the required amount of downstream granular material, and are supplied with a conveying fan.
